Samuel Armes
Founding Partner
Samuel Armes has an extensive background in the blockchain and government spaces. Samuel did research for United States Special Operations Command on Bitcoin and counter-threat finance. He did similar research for the United States Department of State on cryptocurrency policy and web3 technology. Samuel is the first and only advocate for web3 at the government level within the State of Florida. He is currently the President of the Florida Blockchain Business Association (FBBA) and has passed four bills in the Florida legislature.

She previously led the tokenomics development for Pocket, Inc. and managed a product user base at Walmart Global Tech with 2.4M+ users globally. Tracie has been in the cryptocurrency space since 2017 and enjoys solving complex problems, having reverse-engineered the algorithm of a popular mobile game to become the second ranked team in the world. She is passionate about educating others about cryptocurrency and Web 3.0, gaining financial independence, and her unconventional entrepreneurial journey.
Robert Douglas

Robert Douglas founded his first financial technologies business in 2010 selling qualitative signals, he began working full-time on financial instruments for bitcoin in 2016 after Dropping out of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill when Bitcoin moved from $200 to $400 and has focused on human-machine intelligence interfaces since 2020. Robert has helped build three independent layer-two companies that build financial instruments for digital currencies. In the past 10 years, Robert has advised public figures, political figures, and chief executives of private companies with more than 500m in annual revenue.
